Usha, this is not sura meen, it is made with chenai (in tamil)...:)
Energy..hmmm....i try my level best to keep it all together. As ram loves any kind of fried food, i make something or other often.

Got an award for you at FH, girl!:)
Ooh, this snack looks yummy. Don't get fresh Suran here but canned one which I don't like at all.
Happy Mother's day, enjoy.
HiMaheshwari,
Nice blog!! congratulations on that. Can you let me know what is garbanzo beans? And i was wondering don't we need any flour to be used some sort of binding agent. The way we do in bhajia's ..
Cheers,
Bhupendra
Hi Bhupendra,
Garbanzo beans is white channa.Usually you don't need any flour to bind everything if we drain all the liquid out of channa. And mashed channa and suran will help the binding. In case of batter being little liquidy(?), add little bit of rice flour, which inturen helps making it crispy.Hope this clears you doubt...:)
Thanks Maheshwari :)
