Hi, I'm new to your site...it's very helpful as I am an amateur at Indian cooking. One question...you said at the beginning to grind the red chiles with the coconut and then later to splutter the red chiles and curry leaves...so, which do I do? Or, am I supposed to divide the red chiles and curry leaves so that I can do both?

Maheswari said...

You can divide the amount of red chillies and do both.
