Maheswari,
tHe curry is so reddish and its inviting :)

Recently I found a store near by that sells fresh sardines. Ever since, I am making lot of sardines. I always grill it. your dish looks yummy and am sure it tastes delicious too.

Favourite in the HOSTEL? You lucky thing!
I'm just going to do a post on hostel food, and in retrospect, it wasn't ALL bad, just most of it!

Oh how can you torture me like this.
It looks just like my mom makes and i know i had this dish last month, when i was there, but seeing it like this i want to have them again.

Maheswari, this is a really interesting dish! sardines in a curry sauce? wow, innovative. Would love to try.

Btw, I hope you are participating this month´s T&T. We re cooking from Monsoon Spice. I have extended the deadline for another 10 days, so please, when you get a chance, I am sure you ll love Sia´s recipes.

that is the exact way in which my mom makes and the ingredients are the same too....thats a wonderful pic too, most of ur recipes look a lot similar like moms.. thanks for sharing!

Thank you for such a tasty and easy to make recipe. My husband who is not much of a fish lover finished this dish off! The only real change I made was I used Ginger garlic paste instead of actual slices and used lachs instead of sardine.
the result was fabulous.
thank you once again.

This looks so yummy! Reminds me of home :(
