Fruits

As new year begins, most of us must have taken up or trying hard to take up the biggest resolution of all "Getting Fit".Well,as fruits play an important role on this resolution, how about selecting each fruit for a month and sharing the recipes.
Let me know , if you all are interested we could proceed and select the fruit of this month...ok..

Great idea. I hardly eat fruits and need to include more fruits into my diet. Will surely participate. Maybe we should start with banana first.

Most fruits have lot of sugar (even though it's natural)which not very conducive if we are trying to lose weight but some have fiber which is great for us!:)) I am with you if start one though,will try to make something!:)
